As the hours count down to my last day of student teaching, I find myself reflecting on my experience as a whole. The friendships I have made with not only my mentor teacher, but the other 2nd grade teachers are a blessing. Next year, during my first year of teaching, I know I can count on them to talk me through any problem or questions I may have.
I am a little melancholy to leave my students, but I know great things lie ahead.
With just about 50 hours until take off, the anxiety has been building! I have a feeling I will be spending most of Saturday morning running around picking up last minute things. Wish me luck!
