The Counselling Centre for Children, Adolescents, and Parents was a wonderful institution which serves more than 2,500 children and their parents. The Centre offers assistance for many ailments and issues including disabilities, family problems, and personal issues. It is the only institution of its kind in all of Slovenia, which makes the work done here even more amazing. Clients don’t pay for services, so they are accessible for everyone, but that also means that many people are turned away if their issues are not labeled “severe.” Honestly, this is an amazing place and it makes me sad that everyone is not able to benefit from their services.
