Today, day two, we spent some time at the University of Ljubljana. It was an absolutely amazing college. I loved learning about their Psychology programs and meeting several students. I have been thinking about going back to school to obtain a Masters in Educational Psychology, so now I'm wondering if Slovenia would be a good place to study! I'm more excited for tomorrow, when we will be learning about the Education system in Slovenia. More about that later...
We, as a group, went for dinner at a local Slovenian restaurant tonight and it was absolutely amazing. I ordered Chicken Wiener Schnitzel and roasted potatoes. It was the most tender chicken and wonderfully seasoned potatoes I have ever tasted. Hopefully we will be able to return to Sokol before the end of the trip, but not before we head to Cafe Cocao for ice cream!
