Livada Primary School

The last site visited was Lavida Primary School. This school serves children from 6 years all the way up to 15 years. What I found interesting was that Lavida shares the same building with the "french school."  My favorite part about this site was that the principal was so gracious and kind enough to let us see the choir rehearse. I got a little teary eyed because it was so beautiful. There was a girl from India and they sang a song in hinu just for her. They also showed a song with dancing and it was such a cool thing to see. The other thing the principal noted was in the cafeteria as I would call it there lies a rainbow of all the children's handprints. Below this, were NBA basketball players handprints which I thought was cool. This school is so unique because it is such a diverse school with so many languages spoken. I think this one was my favorite site out of all of them. However, they were all great sites.
