Today was an amazing day! We began by visiting the Pastojna caves! I have never been in a real cave before! Next, we explored the largest castle built inside of a cave! The history and horrors within the castle are extraordinary. Following the castle, we visited the Slovenian coast! The ancient city of Piran lies right off the coast. I really enjoyed the history within the city!
Our tour guide also gave us chocolate made with salt flour. It tasted AMAZING!
Later in the evening we reached our destination of Pula, Croatia.
Although the day was long, it was perhaps my most memorable! 😊
