Site 1: Center Janeza Levca

The first site we visited was a special education school called Center Janeza Levca. We got to sit in two different classrooms to observe what they did. It was very cool to see how independent the students are even though they are in a special education class. They focus more on teaching practical skills to the students, which will be so beneficial for them in the future. I'm glad we got to observe classes for more than just a minute, because it is interesting to think of and compare the schools and classroom strategies here versus back at home.
