Biotechnical Education Center - Second Site Visit

Our second visit of the day was to the Biotechnical Education Center. At this vocational school students go through the program they choose to better prepare them for the job market. Some of the programs offered include baker, vet technician, and butcher. I have never been to a high school like this so I really enjoyed learning about the different programs offered and touring the school. I think it is great for students to learn hands-on the skills they will need to be successful in their careers. I loved the bread from the shop on campus where everything is made fresh by the student bakers.
